Board of Commissioners Meeting – December 12 at 9:00 am

The Leelanau Board of Commissioners will be discussing the date and plans for a septic system committee at its next meeting at 9:00 am – December 12, 2017 at the Government Center at 8527 E. Government Center, Suttons Bay in the commissioners meeting room on the first floor. It is important that as many of us come to this meeting and recommend that the commissioners seek the input of such organizations as the Benzie-Leelanau District Health Department, Tip of the Mitt, Leelanau Clean Water, the Inland Seas, and lake association biologists.

We must keep up the pressure and presence at board meeting like this to convince the commissioners that the public is concerned and wants action on this critical issue. Please plan to attend, and if you can’t please write your commissioner or email them your concerns.
