Business Transacted: the following measures and approvals passed by unanimous voice vote of those present.

Bylaw change: addition to Article 4, Section 3:
  • A non-riparian associate member can become a voting member with all ensuing privileges via nomination by a Board member and approval at a Board meeting by two thirds of the Board.

New Officers & Board Members

  • John Fitzpatrick: President

  • Bob Miller: Vice President

  • Larry Hauser: Communication Committee Chair
